“I do not recommend this company. Reasons: inaccurate measurements (I had to remove the underlay so the door could close properly — no such issue with the previous door), failure to meet installation deadlines, and cancellations on the same day. The installers were unable to adjust the door and said an engineer's visit was necessary. The door opens with resistance (I’m still waiting for the engineer). There is no flexibility with working hours — it’s not possible to schedule anything after 3 PM. The door arrived with scratches and is of poor quality. I strongly advise against using their services. I’ve exchanged over 20 emails, and the issues still haven’t been resolved. The amount of stress this door replacement has caused me is unimaginable.”

“Brought 4 houses' worth of glazing as well as bifold doors. Where there had been issues with delivery damages, they have been quick to sort it. The frames are good quality and are my go-to for all my developments”

“I first used Modern UPVC Windows while living in Portsmouth, I was so impressed with their product when I moved to Hinckly I had several windows installed by their fitters and again perfect windows and excellent fitters, I now need the last two small windows in the house and I know they will be as good as previous orders all of which are Triple Glazed and believe me Trple Glazing does make a sifnificant improvement.”
