“Got it right in the end. This was the only place I could find for the wood that I needed, but expensive for delivery (small value order). Initially I was told that the courier had lost the wood, and I would be sent a replacement, but before the 2nd delivery could be arranged the first one arrived ??? The wood ordered was cut as needed and the communication was good on the phone.”

“Ordering was very easy and the product arrived within the time they said. However some of the material was not 100% the ends were cracked but due to ordering oversized pieces I was able to cut from both ends.”

“Web service was very good, easy to find what I wanted. Easy to order. I had left some stuff in basket without ordering and received a reminder on email, which I thought was a neat idea. Delivery timing is too ambiguous so makes it difficult to plan when to make sure I’m available to receive a delivery. When it was delivered, I didn’t know that the Timber had been delivered and discovered it standing upright against side wall of house and it had been raining. Thankfully no one nicked it and the timber didn’t bow. Recommended improvements, delivery timing needs to less ambiguous and letting the customer know when the delivery is actually going to be made in advance eg email/text/call day before can make a lot of difference.”

“Happy with my product and the service I received. Slight delay as the stock was damaged in warehouse so they didn't send it out but contacted me instead to check a delay was OK whilst they replaced their damaged stock. Good customer service.”

“I recently had a purchase that was unfortunately damaged on delivery. After speaking with the sales team, I was offered a partial refund as I can still use most of it. Would use again as material was still good to work with.”

“Very nice of company to be honest and inform me of a problem of my order being delayed and the reason. Hence i decided to wait and not withdraw the order. Feel there should be better communication between departments, as having asked for the delivery address to be changed and an extra sheet added to order it didn't happen. One of the sheets ( 6 total ) was slightly damaged on one end , but was able to be used. Kind regards.”
