“I bought 10mm shower screen on 08/07/2023 with support bar and wall profile from build 4 less online.Received only shower screen (no support bar no wall profile ) plus instead 10mm got 8mm.Complained the same day as workers waited to install. Company said for me don’t have anymore 10mm in stock but changed online for bigger price and plenty to buy online again 10mm but dearer🫣what a joke …They said will send me missing parts and will leave the same price for wrong item (Screen 8mm) .Summer time I went on holidays and by this time they told me they don’t have anymore missing parts for me to deliver .When I came back from holidays found workers had brought up screen in second floor so that only option for me was to buy missing parts online instead to broke the glass bringing down again.I send week ago invoices for missing parts how much I spend and asking return the price I paid for missing parts (which they couldn’t or didn’t wanted to provide) and got no reply at all🫣This company is a joke only if people want to put money in a bin play with this company.They send wrong item (no discount offered)plus missing parts for £70 pounds …what kind of company does this…🤔stop buying here people as could be for you the same as for me 😞Massive disappointment”

“Excellent communication with regard to the delivery date and time with text updates on the day saying when the driver will arrive. The product was packed very well to prevent any damage during transit with easy offload with the use of a truck-mounted forklift. Would definitely use Build4Less again.”

“The materials were damaged. When I contacted them and Asked to send replacement, one of members said that they would come to us. After multiple comtacts, they keep saying that they should be delivered but they have never been arrived. I’m very unhappy about this. I requested the refund but they ignored.”
