“I ordered at a tap on the 27/12/24. It is now the 18/01/24 and I am still waiting for it. I have contacted the supplier twice and both time's told they will chase it up .”

“I bought 10mm shower screen on 08/07/2023 with support bar and wall profile from build 4 less online.Received only shower screen (no support bar no wall profile ) plus instead 10mm got 8mm.Complained the same day as workers waited to install. Company said for me don’t have anymore 10mm in stock but changed online for bigger price and plenty to buy online again 10mm but dearer🫣what a joke …They said will send me missing parts and will leave the same price for wrong item (Screen 8mm) .Summer time I went on holidays and by this time they told me they don’t have anymore missing parts for me to deliver .When I came back from holidays found workers had brought up screen in second floor so that only option for me was to buy missing parts online instead to broke the glass bringing down again.I send week ago invoices for missing parts how much I spend and asking return the price I paid for missing parts (which they couldn’t or didn’t wanted to provide) and got no reply at all🫣This company is a joke only if people want to put money in a bin play with this company.They send wrong item (no discount offered)plus missing parts for £70 pounds …what kind of company does this…🤔stop buying here people as could be for you the same as for me 😞Massive disappointment”

“The materials were damaged. When I contacted them and Asked to send replacement, one of members said that they would come to us. After multiple comtacts, they keep saying that they should be delivered but they have never been arrived. I’m very unhappy about this. I requested the refund but they ignored.”

“Appalling experience. Order was extremely slow to arrive despite a £75 delivery charge. Additionally, the order was short and despite several emails enquiring about the missing items, no satisfactory response has been forthcoming. Very poor Indeed.”

“Received the wrong item. Pointed out that they were advertising one thing and selling another, didn't make any difference, still waiting to resolve the problem. Now they are asking me to review a product I've never received! UNbelievable!”

“AVOID ! Incredibly bad service. I'm waiting 22 days for my money back and I don't know if I get it at all... no communication and... huge mess, I ordered 2 packages of red roof shingles, and the next day I ordered another package. The first 2 packages came after a few days GREEN and on the second day they turn off the next 3rd packet of Greens also ... I called them and asked for red ones ... again a few days for collection and 2 days for redelivery... only 2 packages came, I cancel the 3rd one I couldn't wait any longer, just ordered elsewhere. so far I have not got a refund from them, it's been 22 days and a couple of emails.”

“befor i write this i would just like to say you will probably blame anyone but yourself before i put my order in i had stipulated it had to be delivered on a 7.5t wagon first delivery attempt was on a 26t wagon which couldnt come up my road i waited a total of 4 weeks for my delivery poor lack of communication on your behalf”

“We ordered a sink from Build4Less which was absolutely stunning but sadly, we soon discovered that the unit was too large for our new kitchen. We reported this Build4Less shortly afterwards who agreed to collect it. However, there would be a £10 return fee (we're fine with that) but also a reduction in the original price of 20% as a "restock fee". We are consumers and not trade and therefore is unlawful. Despite stating this fact to Build4Less and advising that our statutory rights as consumers override their terms and conditions, to date they have refused to collect the sink and refund us the total amount we paid, less the return fee of £10. We have therefore reported Build4Less to trading standards who have advised that they will be raising this issue with Build4Less. In addition, the companies "cooling-off" period on the website is stated to be only 7 days - also in contravention of the law. It should be 14 days.”

“Not overly happy with the service @ all!! Ordered the wrong Trim due to the description not being great & then tried to exchange it for the right Trim was told by Shirley in your office that unfortunately it’s not going to work out for me??? Excuse me what? See this company charges you for items then when you want to return them they make the collection price higher than the cost of the item & delivery in the 1st place. Basically ripping people off & nothing you can do about it?? Disgusting behaviour!!! I would defo avoid using this company as it seems customer care is not 1 of their top priorities. Now I have had to re order it from Cladco a much better company all round & got the right item yay & for way cheaper!! So don’t buy from Build4Less because it won’t cost less it will cost way more! Think you should change the name of your company as it’s very misleading!!! Lol”

“Sheeting came in wrong colour....ordered green but sent black, so did not match ridge or fittings. Did email office who apologised, but had no choice but to put it on that weekend as critical job....aviary roof. Surprised you asked for a rating as its a huge zero !!”

“I ordered a 110mm mini access square cover and received a completely different product. I emailed and received an apology and assurance that the right product would be posted out as it was a warehouse error. Exactly the same wrong product arrived again. I now had 2 wrong products, no right product and no refund. I had to wait for Build4Less to arrange for collection of the wrong products in order to get a refund, even though it was their error. Wrong products collected and no refund. I then had to contact them again and chase with copy of collection receipt etc and eventually I got refunded. Still no right product. Completely useless service and a waste of time.”

“Won’t be using this company again. Contacted them on three separate occasions to have the order cancelled but never even received a reply. Customer service is rubbish. So for the sake of a short call or email they have lost a potential ongoing customer.”
