“Excellent communication with regard to the delivery date and time with text updates on the day saying when the driver will arrive. The product was packed very well to prevent any damage during transit with easy offload with the use of a truck-mounted forklift. Would definitely use Build4Less again.”

“The materials were damaged. When I contacted them and Asked to send replacement, one of members said that they would come to us. After multiple comtacts, they keep saying that they should be delivered but they have never been arrived. I’m very unhappy about this. I requested the refund but they ignored.”

“Appalling experience. Order was extremely slow to arrive despite a £75 delivery charge. Additionally, the order was short and despite several emails enquiring about the missing items, no satisfactory response has been forthcoming. Very poor Indeed.”

“Received the wrong item. Pointed out that they were advertising one thing and selling another, didn't make any difference, still waiting to resolve the problem. Now they are asking me to review a product I've never received! UNbelievable!”

“You require a honest review, Don’t like giving out negative feedback but after 30+ emails to ask for a review I will. Firstly the polycarbonate sheets came in damaged, cracked along the edges, secondly when heat wrapped prior to delivery, The sheets were damaged and partially melted and finally after all the cutting out the damaged parts of the sheeting it was looking like broken mirror. Shame as I spent good money but couldn’t be bothered with complaining and just made a further purchase at my local DIY store”

“AVOID ! Incredibly bad service. I'm waiting 22 days for my money back and I don't know if I get it at all... no communication and... huge mess, I ordered 2 packages of red roof shingles, and the next day I ordered another package. The first 2 packages came after a few days GREEN and on the second day they turn off the next 3rd packet of Greens also ... I called them and asked for red ones ... again a few days for collection and 2 days for redelivery... only 2 packages came, I cancel the 3rd one I couldn't wait any longer, just ordered elsewhere. so far I have not got a refund from them, it's been 22 days and a couple of emails.”
