“Cost was excellent - £200 less than the manufacturer Cladco. Delivery time again very good. However, the Ivory deckboards were very soiled - probably 15 out of 49. Hence we will now need to spend several hours cleaning them. Functionality is very good - we replaced a suspended wooden deck in our conservatory.”

“Good price, excellent speed of delivery Packaging looked good on delivery Opened one to check the product On opening one pack had incurred some impact during delivery (not immediately visible untill closer inspection on day of use. All 5 sheets in the parcel had a split of about 40cm in the last ridge. Managed to use without damage showing. Maybe when the number of sheets exceed 10, have them delivered on a pallet. A little extra delivery costs might be worth it.”

“My composter order was dealt with quickly. However, despite me requesting a aspecific delivery date, it was delivered early. The delivery man texted me ( I was away on holiday) and I informed him of the correct date. He took the item away and delivered on the correct date. I'm pleased with the composter and would buy from Build 4 less again.”

“The product was exactly what we wanted (chippings for graves). The delivery arrangements were less satisfactory. The Build4Less staff worked very hard to try to arrange a satisfactory delivery but the local delivery contractor 1. Arrived to make the delivery the day before the arranged date, which was very inconvenient as we do not live on site 2) Sent the chippings on a pallet on a lorry with a little truck which the driver said could not operate on grass and was not willing to try, as apparently they have a rule that anything taken off a lorry cannot be put back. We had to reject the delivery and make arrangements with a third party to accommodate the delivery and re-deliver it by tractor to the site agreed with the vicar. So, product 100%, delivery 0%.”
