“Ordering of the Rhino Garden Furtiture Oil was straight forward and the price was very good. Delivery was quick and the tin was well packed. Very good service all round.”

“Great selection of insulation at a very competitive price. They deliveries are on time and a message confirming the date is sent a few days in advance a d can be tracked real-time. A big difference compared to other similar websites. I had a few orders so far and the delivery driver was polite and accommodating.”

“Needed a replacement door for a garden room building, that I could cut down to size. This was perfect. The guidance said to only cut a minimal amount off each side/end but I took 10cm or more off and it suited my purposes fine. Paint it quickly once unwrapped otherwise you can tell it will warp.”

“Delivered kerbside on the day advised. Very heavy item - circa 500kgs. Fairly straightforward to construct albeit schematic/ photographs had very little detail. Needed three persons ( not two as recommended) to lift and put in place the various sections due to weight . Recommended thorough gluing to fully secure”

“The item was just as described and good value for money but delivery schedule was atrocious. It said on purchasing delivery would be 3-5 days that’s why I went with this, but it took over a month with continuous chasing up from me!”

“Absolutely terrible customer service , tried ringing no call back, received a door i had had it a few weeks until the builder could get to it when he unpacked it both corners of the door was damaged it had come well packaged so it must have been dropped before it was packed or dropped during transit, they are not prepared to discuss it £160 lost!!! knew i shouldnt have trusted a company I had never heard of !!!”

“After searching many sites for bricks I found Build4less. They had a great selection and the prices were very competitive. Ordering was easy and once placed I was contacted the next day to arrange a delivery date. The person I spoke to was very polite and professional and when I told him I needed them ASAP he worked his magic and got me a date within a couple of days. Very pleased with the whole process.”

“This company is really not worth to look into it. They are not willing to help in any returns, additional they will charge you 15% or more of order value for restocking item plus plus delivery charges. This is not real help to be honest in any time specifically now when we all trying to comeback to normality after spike of inflation and high interest rates. I and my hubby have been doing extension plus upgrading our house in last 8 years and as you can imagine there ware times when we had to return goods. We never have been made to pay for return delivery not mentioning 15% of restocking fees. I will never use your company again as it is pain to do business with them even I wanted to exchange these decking for different colour.”

“It was easy to order, the communication was good, delivery was fast and arrived on time, but the packaging was really good. Ich ordered corrugated PVU roofing and you don't want corners damaged or cracks. It was perfectly delivered.”
