“Ordered 8th February, contacted customer service on 13th February as ordered not recieved. Advised on 13th item would be re-ordered. Contacted customer servicec again on 23rd February as order not recieved. Advised order would be delivered 1-2 days. Item delivered 24th February. Not sure why it took it took so long for the item to be delivered.”

“Took a whil to arrive but it was the Christmas period to be fair. I purchased the snow guard to protect a new flat roof with glass windows beneath the roof to stop slipping tiles potentially breaking the glass. I had to hammer and reshap the support rail (the part screwed into the rafter) because of the design of my soffits. Nothing a good vice and hammer could not sort. These are good and sturdy and protective. Just what the doctor ordered.”

“The materials were as ordered and quality as expected. Unfortunatley the delivery notification was poor, only specificed the day of delivery no times. The order of heavy materials worth over £400, was just dropped off at the side of the building and left without the delivery driver telling anyone despite the building being open. We needed it delivered to the rear of the building which had veichle access if the driver had came into the building would have been opened. This heavy material then had to be moved by hand to the area required.”
