“Don' t bother with those. Ratchet absolutly poor quality .Two of them literally fall apart while straping. Spend more and get better quality ones”

“My composter order was dealt with quickly. However, despite me requesting a aspecific delivery date, it was delivered early. The delivery man texted me ( I was away on holiday) and I informed him of the correct date. He took the item away and delivered on the correct date. I'm pleased with the composter and would buy from Build 4 less again.”

“Although I bought from this company before I needed to buy same product again gas first time what I bought broke when I contacted for a response they told me I need to contact the manufacturer of which they are the manufacturer it wasn’t a couple of quid this was over a hundred pound for two plastic items”

“Emailed me to say delivery was on Monday 26th September, it didn’t arrive. (I paid £150 delivery cost as well) it finally came on Wednesday 28th September.”

“The battery I purchased was fine, just that I was sent the wrong one first, the correct replacement didn’t arrive in the time frame promised.. Eventually I got it and I’m happy. Goods should be checked upon dispatch 6/10.”

“Not overly happy with the service @ all!! Ordered the wrong Trim due to the description not being great & then tried to exchange it for the right Trim was told by Shirley in your office that unfortunately it’s not going to work out for me??? Excuse me what? See this company charges you for items then when you want to return them they make the collection price higher than the cost of the item & delivery in the 1st place. Basically ripping people off & nothing you can do about it?? Disgusting behaviour!!! I would defo avoid using this company as it seems customer care is not 1 of their top priorities. Now I have had to re order it from Cladco a much better company all round & got the right item yay & for way cheaper!! So don’t buy from Build4Less because it won’t cost less it will cost way more! Think you should change the name of your company as it’s very misleading!!! Lol”
