“Product was as described, and well packaged, BUT the delivery took way too long. Online it stated within 5 days, but was more like 21 days!”

“Received on time, driver helpful, 2 packages of 4. Unpacked after a few days to find that 4 of the 8 sheets had been damaged on the corners. Unfortunately too late to return.”

“Delighted with the 20mm Cotswold chippings but delivery here by Katem was poor and only to the kerbside. I feel the driver was not adequately equipped to get this product to the kerbside never mind to my site. Delivery was very expensive and very poor.”

“The extruded foam is a really great product for modelling especially model railways but unfortunately is not easy to find a seller of this product and when you do just like Build4Less the price is is high and then your bill doubles with a massive delivery charge £126 for some foam for modelling that you can carry with one hand if it wasn’t for the extortionate price I was charged I would have recommended them on the modelling forums, they missed the delivery that I waited for it came a week later.”

“Slight dent at one end rock n side flashing, but easily fitted once dent removed. Fixings worked exactly as anticipated and finished off the look was fitted.”

“Corrapol sheets are quite thin some arrived with spits in them if I wasn’t cutting them shorter I would be returning them or requiring more to cover my garage”

“Very slow with delivery - 3 weeks late. No communication and had to chase myself each time only to be told the same thing (it was being manufactured) and it would take another 5 working days. Luckily was not urgent.”
