You require a honest review, Don’t like giving out negative feedback but after 30+ emails to ask for a review I will. Firstly the polycarbonate sheets came in damaged, cracked along the edges, secondly when heat wrapped prior to delivery, The sheets were damaged and partially melted and finally after all the cutting out the damaged parts of the sheeting it was looking like broken mirror. Shame as I spent good money but couldn’t be bothered with complaining and just made a further purchase at my local DIY store

First delivery (sample sheets for me) was excellent Main delivery however was given as estimated delivery of yesterday Friday 12th I have heard absolutely nothing and no way to follow up other than "track order" which is showing estimated delivery Friday 12th I will just have to wait What a pain!

Very good at taking your order and your money . But very poor at returns and giving your money back. Waited over 2 weeks at the time this was wrote and still waiting

Although I bought from this company before I needed to buy same product again gas first time what I bought broke when I contacted for a response they told me I need to contact the manufacturer of which they are the manufacturer it wasn’t a couple of quid this was over a hundred pound for two plastic items

Emailed me to say delivery was on Monday 26th September, it didn’t arrive. (I paid £150 delivery cost as well) it finally came on Wednesday 28th September.

I reported broken and marked sheets and was told to hide the broken edges by lapping them when I refused this they said that they would send 3 replacements but I would need to waver my rights as a consumer if the replacements were damaged . Not very good customer service

Very slow communications and delivery, customer services very poor. I won't be using again.

The product itself was absolutely fine and exactly what was expected. Unfortunately there was a £180 delivery charge which I thought was a bit expensive but none the less I made the order because I needed the materials. After ordering I received a voicemail a couple of days later stating that I must be present on site to unload the joists as the driver isn’t insured. Not the end of the world as my work is flexible but not expected when you are paying that much for delivery. I then endeavoured to find out a date and time for the delivery but I had no luck. After emailing Build4Less I was simply told it’s with our courier so we can’t give you these details. No more information was given until I received a phone call from the driver saying he was outside my house and that he can’t leave the joists without me there. Luckily the driver was kind enough to wait for me to drive the 30 minutes to site. Overall a terrible experience and I won’t be paying that delivery charge ever again.

Annoyed ordered 14th April , then delivery would be end may then June then July . Also had email too say delivery on way in may , asked what that was about abd was incorrect . Canx in the end not happy at all .

I know it's only insulation but Kingspan Kooltherm isn't cheap. Arrived with every edge and corner damaged. Probably the couriers. If I'd sent it back maybe that would have made them be a bit more careful handling it next time. If it was their money it would be a different story!

Service was good,but I was charged £50 plus vat for carriage.The delivery came from a local stockist only 5 miles away who informed me their standard charge would have only been £25.Will not use them again!

First delivery was 1 sheet short. New sheet dispatched but had been so badly damaged it was unusable gave up at this point & bought replacement locally. Very disappointed.

I had to change from Redland to Marley as i was told there were no Redland stockists in my area.I made many tel. calls and emails to your offices to try to find out why i hadn't received my order! Although Hayley Farrel was very prompt with a reply the order has only just arrived on Fri. 29th Nov. having taken 3.5 weeks.After unpacking i found 6 plain tiles and 5 tile&half to be broken.I trust there will be compensation for this loss,considerable inconvenience and the extra cost incurred due to this prolonged delay.

Took longer than expected so rang asking for update, promised to ring me back on two occasions and didn’t. Eventually sent the wrong product even though I specifically emailed them and told them the alternative was not suitable. The whole carry on has delayed the work by at least two weeks. I would have given only one star but they did process my refund efficiently.

Price was fine, ordered and then no delivery. When I enquired I was advised they couldn’t guarantee the arrival date so I had to cancel. Received refund with no problem. No problem with service but when building the materials are needed quite quick.
