“Very slow delivery order on the 30th of August and first the order was lost and then didnt recieve the new order till 16th of Sept and I had to e-mail severl times before I got a reply from someone. Very poor online service”
“Ordered timber via online option “click & collect” when visiting the store there was only 1 staff member able to process & they were on coffee break I was asked to wait I returned after a further 10 minutes & asked to wait a little longer, shortly afterwards I was summoned to the counter where my order was able to collect…next time I will check online for price & availability but place an order directly with the counter staff which has always been swift & professional”
“I was very happy with the customer service and most impressed with the driver who brought my decking around the back of my house.i will certainly return when I decide my next house project.”
“Online Order of Decking Boards
I ordered 25 decking boards online last week from Brooks Sandyford. Great price but they didn’t have them in stock there. I needed them urgently and stock from another branch was quickly delivered to my house allowing me to complete the work as planned! Very satisfied overall!”
“A good experience, ordered some sleepers and picket fencing online got a message a couple of hours later yo say order ready, called to counter to collect, got my docket and was directed to lads in yard whe were very prompt and helpful. All good and competitive prices, would recommend.”
“Some osb boards ordered On-line shortly after 9am on Saturday. After 3h without a confirmation I've contacted customer service, they couldn't check order status for me. You have to call 01... number which I did...No answer on phone. Was bit in a hurry so I went to bluebell , at the counter I've been told to sit tight and wait for confirmation, never happened. it was after 1pm already and shop closes at 2pm. Very frustrating I have to say.”
