“Online Order of Decking Boards
I ordered 25 decking boards online last week from Brooks Sandyford. Great price but they didn’t have them in stock there. I needed them urgently and stock from another branch was quickly delivered to my house allowing me to complete the work as planned! Very satisfied overall!”

“Some osb boards ordered On-line shortly after 9am on Saturday. After 3h without a confirmation I've contacted customer service, they couldn't check order status for me. You have to call 01... number which I did...No answer on phone. Was bit in a hurry so I went to bluebell , at the counter I've been told to sit tight and wait for confirmation, never happened. it was after 1pm already and shop closes at 2pm. Very frustrating I have to say.”

“Good selection on website but I paid for four rolls of mineral roofing felt and shipping to Monaghan only to be told that their courier refused to deliver. Website should not have allowed the payment to be taken if that was the case.”
