“Placed an order for €800 of garden fencing, which was delivered albeit 2 days late. Unfortunately fencing wasn’t suitable for site and had to be returned entirely. Brooks returned promptly to collect the delivery which was great service. However, they charged 15% restocking fee which I felt was excessive, 10% would have been more reasonable on such a large order as goods were unopened and as delivered.”

I suggest you should have a pick up scheme for the wooden pallets that the delivery arrived on - so it can be used again. It is still in my garden.”
“I found brooks very easy to order from, everything was of a very high standard, the only issue I have is I think for health and safety it's very dangerous to have just one delivery driver on the truck, in my opinion there should be 2 men on it as it's alot of very heavy lifting for one man to be doing by himself.”
