“The online portal initially is very straight forward and easy to order after setting up an account. I had an issue with PayPal but payed with card no problems.
The first delivery came with some of the order. There was no instructions when the rest would arrive. Had to ring the on-line order department. The second delivery arrived with brown instead of white grout and no silvery grey bathroom silicon. Again made a phone call and it turn out that colour silicon wasn't in stock and the grout will be shipped out by DHL. Apparently when ordering online there is no stock value shown.
DHL delivered the grout in 2 days.
I got the grey silicone in another hardware store after visiting a few. It's a hard colour to get.

I would complete your online order well in advance of the planned job you were doing. I had a tiler booked hence the grout being delivered by DHL.
I bought fence panels which were good quality and Brooks were the best price around for these.
