“Extremely disappointed. I rarely write reviews, and I think I've never written a bad review before. In 10th June, I bought 4 kits of Teranna Railing Kits from them and they delivered only 3. At that time they informed I'd have it by the end of the week, which would be the June 13th. Well, they didn't deliver, they didn'd follow up with me until I reached them after few days. Another promise was made by Brooks saying that I'd receive the remaining kit by the 20th, which didn't happen once again. Many attemps were made to contact them to have an explanation and by that time I was extremely frustrated because of the lack of communication and the follow up by them. Turns out that I'm writting this review one month later and I still don't have any feedback from them and I have a deck on my back yard incomplete, with no follow-ups from them.”

“I was very happy with my experience buying a shower clamp from Brooks. The item wasn't in stock, but communication from Craig was very good in relation to keeping me updated as to where things were at. Got a call from Josh who put the item aside and told me to ask for him when I came to collect the item - this made it easy to get seen straight away. Both Josh and the girl who served us were very helpful. For bonus points, I had my 89 year old Dad with me and we had walked from Walkinstown to Brooks, but he had overdone it and was feeling a bit shaky in the legs - I asked the girl who was serving me if I could leave my Dad sitting in a chair while I went off to get a car to collect him - this was no problem at at all and when I collected him I could see that she was keeping a watchful eye on him. So, many thanks for that!”
