“I was very happy with my experience buying a shower clamp from Brooks. The item wasn't in stock, but communication from Craig was very good in relation to keeping me updated as to where things were at. Got a call from Josh who put the item aside and told me to ask for him when I came to collect the item - this made it easy to get seen straight away. Both Josh and the girl who served us were very helpful. For bonus points, I had my 89 year old Dad with me and we had walked from Walkinstown to Brooks, but he had overdone it and was feeling a bit shaky in the legs - I asked the girl who was serving me if I could leave my Dad sitting in a chair while I went off to get a car to collect him - this was no problem at at all and when I collected him I could see that she was keeping a watchful eye on him. I placed my order on 6th April and have not received it as of yet, I was told by Brooks it would that it would be delivered by this wed Wednesday 29th April at the latest .
That is a long time from Purchase date to delivery .
I paid nearly €200 for the product so would have expected delivery much earlier .

“About 6 months ago I ordered a load of osb and 2x4s for some garage storage.. Brooks driver Nick called the day before to inform me what time he would be delivering and carried everything into the garage..
More recently I ordered about 20 bags of Kiln dried sand for a large driveway.. when Nick called to confirm delivery, i explained i wouldnt be around and again Nick carried everything into the garage without complaint.. staff like Nick is the reason I will continue using Brooks.”
