“I have always given you a good review but this time I was not happy. I bought some .light grey towels and when I received them they di t look grey, I complained but was told that was the colour I ordered light grey. They were definitely not grey more like a brown colour. Anyway I was left with them. No offer of returning them.”

“I ordered 12 bath sheets, 12 hand towels, 12 face cloths and 4 bath mats in white. They were Premium Double Yarn Towels - 600 GSM. A couple of the towels have small marks that won't wash out. Not a big deal as they are to be used in a domestic setting, but would have preferred not to have marks. The price was so competitive I'm not going to worry. The quality for the price is outstanding. I have only washed through once so far. Not much fluff in the tumble dryer and they are absorbing well and drying on the heated towel rail within an hour after use. If you need a lot of towels, this is the place to go. Highly recommend.”
