Hi Paula, Thank you for your feedback. Please accept our sincerest apologies for the issue you have had with our towels. Sometimes due to pc screens the colour doesn't always match up with the actual product when seen in person. Also just to mention our robes do not match with our towels range as they are completely different ranges. Even the quality will be different as the weights of the items vary. It also states on our website (on the towels page) the following - "Please note : images are for illustration purposes only. Whilst all care has been taken to display the accurate colour shade, factors such as monitor displays and new towel batches may have an impact on how the colour shade is displayed. If in doubt, please order a free face cloth sample." If you are not satisfied with the products please feel free to return all the towels for a full refund. “I found the ease of choosing the bedding I wanted for the summer from the huge selection offered from the web site. As Is never used this site before, I only ordered two sets of sheets and pillow cases, just to try them out. A few days later they were delivered, they are BEAUTIFUL, so much so, I immediately ordered more doubles and for my eldest son king sized. From the ease of using the ordering and paying to the speedy delivery, I can't rate this company highly enough”

“I have always given you a good review but this time I was not happy. I bought some .light grey towels and when I received them they di t look grey, I complained but was told that was the colour I ordered light grey. They were definitely not grey more like a brown colour. Anyway I was left with them. No offer of returning them.”
