Disappointed that the attachment that you pass the chain through on the top of the rose gold pendant is a different color from the pendant itself and I don’t know what alloy it is made of and it detracts from the aesthetics of the pendant. It is also poorly finished and as a result it scratches my skin and catches on my clothing. I will now have to pay a jeweler here to correct your poor workmanship.

I bought an online gift card. I will not be buying any gift card again from Brian De Staic. The way it was sent made it very unpresentable. Never again!

Awful customer service. Sent an email on 8/13/2022 regarding a question about the Celtic cross. Went ahead and ordered it anyway after not receiving a reply for 10 days . Ordered on 8/23 and it is now 9/7 and hoping the product arrives safely. And this guy has the balls to send me an email asking me to write a review after ignoring my first email asking him a question about his product? What kind of review did you think you would get? Whoever is in charge of the customer service emails needs to be fired immediately. Anyone who cares at all I still never received a reply from this company. So if you have a question to ask? Don’t bother. They are not going to respond.

The chain was tiny and didn’t even fit around my neck. Had to buy a new chain from the jewellers

I think it’s ridiculous that you don’t do women’s rings in large enough sizes, excluding women with larger sizes (I’m a size 14/16 and couldn’t get a ring for my index finger. I ordered my ring in a size U and you took payment and then eventually called me to say you don’t even make that size and eventually refunded me again! You need to modernise but it’s too late for my custom. I won’t be back.

Silver Ring looked 2 tone in photo online but when it came it was plain silver.(I personally thought it very misleading way it was advertised)

Said my package would arrive on May 15. Then the 18th. Now Fed Ex says it can't tell me anything.

Ordered necklace the week before Thanksgiving. Paid the extra cost to have it shipped FedEx. Necklace arrived with the engraving misspelled. Took pictures of the necklace and emailed shop. Was told I would need to ship the incorrect necklace back first before a correct necklace would be made. It's 3 days before Christmas and I still don't have the necklace. When I contacted the shop they said to check USPS web site. They did not resend by FedEx which is what I paid for and they didn't send me a tracking number to check USPS. Very poor customer service. I will not be purchasing from them again.

It is extremely stupid to mail something with the contents listed on the outside of the mailing box for many reasons. Two of them are 1) it can get stolen, and 2) NOW MY WIFE KNOWS THAT SHE IS GETTING SOME CELTIC JEWELRY FOR CHRISTMAS!!! Thanks for ruining the surprise.

I purchased an Ogham pendant in October 2017 during my vacation to Ireland. I was told these items were sterling silver. This pendant has turned orange which indicates that this piece is copper with an overlay of Silver. Upon emailing the Jewelry store twice, attaching a copy of the pendant, there has been no response. It is evident that this store takes advantage of tourists knowing they will not be able to collect a refund or get a return. The prices were high and I am very upset about this. Buyer beware

"Update: I still have not received your product as of October 14, 2017. Please let me know when it was sent. I need to track it as it is a present for the mother of my newborn granddaughter.
