“The ordering process was not as streamlined as it should be. I was a first time customer and received a discount code however the website wouldn't accept it. I emailed but disappointly received no reply. Leaving that aside, the delivety and packaging is vety nice and the jewellery is beautiful. Would have given a 5 if I had been able yo use the discount code promised.”

“The recipient was very pleased with the Celtic cross. I hold off 5 stars because there was a communication breakdown where I was not informed that the item I originally ordered was out of stock and therefore the stated 7-10 day delivery timeframe was not going to be met I only found this out when I chased the order having heard nothing. I am very grateful to Megan for sorting the problem so quickly and efficiently and I did get a cross delivered in time, though I would say this cost me £200+ more than the original cross that I ordered.”

“Very happy with the pendant and it arrived very promptly. Thank you. I did have a problem however in that I did not get an email confirmation. I phoned and was told my order had been received - but I still did not get a email. My granddaughter aged 16 was very happy with her Ogham pendant.”

“Bought a simple Ogham necklace in sterling silver, no fuss or frills. Package was delivered super fast considering the engraving. It’s always risky to buy online in terms of overall dimension of the pendant but really Happy with the delicate and thin profile. My girlfriend liked it which is by far the most important thing! The box it came in could be designed a bit more tastefully (so I had to procure a separate box for the actual gifting of it, but that’s totally besides the point and subject to personal preference. Just want to say thanks to you guys for a lovely little piece and prompt delivery 😊😊😊”

“I placed 2 orders recently but not together. A friend was collecting (from The Woods Store in Dingle) both orders but there was a problem with the 1st order. However when my friend went back the next day Megan and Sinead had worked hard to get it sorted out. Thank-you l appreciate your excellent customer service.”

“Stunning jewellery and beautiful wrapping. Delighted with ogham necklace. One point I would say is that the letter/personal note that looks typed on an A4 piece of paper was disappointing. It was wrinkled, looked amateur and did take away from the overall gift package.”

“Very pleased with the user friendly online ordering system, packaging, delivery and the quality of the item.,disappointed at the tone of the response query as when it could be expected when it did nit arrive in a reasonable time. I did not expect to be told that I did not indicate that it was required by a particular date . The onus is surely on supplier to advise customer when delivery is expected? Other than that I am very satisfied and will be a returning customer.”
