“I'm trying to call your store, 353 0 66 915 1298 from the USA. It's NOT working ?!? I tried yesterday too, Aug. 12. I'm going to Fed Ex the earrings I ordered because I wanted the Ogham script on them. Please put the script on them using my name , Maureen. I thought you put engraving on the back of your earrings so that's why I did ask for no engraving. Maybe your website could be a little bit clearer. I emailed you yesterday and have not heard back yet. My order # is 16124 Thanks Maureen Foster 267 975 5378 3001 Malan Drive Plymouth Meeting, PA 19462”

“The service was quick and very efficient. The earrings were really nice as advertised in the website. As I bought these as a gift it was disappointing that they were not in a small gift bag at least. On the website gift wrap was costing 6 euros extra plus postage 10 euros which is an extra 16 Euro. We are talking a tiny box for wrapping and I fail to see where this cost is coming from.”

“The jewelry itself is beautiful and I’m thrilled to be able to have something from a premier jeweler in Ireland. He is conceptual design is something I’m very interested in. But the overseas delivery was problematic. And I would hesitate to purchase in the future unless I were assured the proper delivery was possible. The delivery process turned what could’ve been a very positive experience into a negative one.”

“Yes I bought a 'Cara' necklace for my daughter-in-law and she loves it but I had to add in 'the story of Cara' myself to personalise it as her daughter's name is Cara. I enclose a photo. I think good marketing idea.”

“I was really happy with the product. I feel though that 10 euro for delivery is far too expensive in comparison to other Irish business delivering within Ireland. I do think this is off putting and would impact on me making future orders.”

“These earrings are a beautiful design & nicely made. My criticism is that they are too tiny! They are insignificant, practically unnoticable on the ear so the design cannot be truly appreciated. I understand some want dainty pieces but these would still be that but so much nicer if they were twice the size.”

“I liked your website.the story behind the jewellery. but was somewhat dissappointed with the objects i bought, I was looking for a pendant for a chain I own.Even though your website shows chains on pendants I didnt think they were included as they were not on other sites. I find the chains useless as they are too short and flinsy.I knew the size of the objects but was dissappointed with the stone replica,very light piece of what appears pressed metal.Im sorry to be so negative.I dont usually do reviews but I got several prompts from you and this was my overall feeling”

“I was thrilled when my trinity knot studs arrived today. Last October, while in Killarney, I had purchased tri colored knots containing a cz. They weren’t part of the Irish collection, but I loved them. Sadly, I lost one, and went online to see if I could find a replacement pair. I saw the trinity knots and decided to order them. While the earrings are very well made, I was very disappointed that there was no depth to them. They are basically disks. They are pretty, but if I had seen them in the store, I wouldn’t have made the purchase. On our last two visits to Ireland, I’ve made multiple purchases and have been very happy with them. I only wish your non Irish collection was available on line. I still would like to purchase that pair of replacement earrings.”

“I recently purchased the large horizontal ogham necklace. There was a error. On delivery. I received a bracelet with the wrong name engraved. Mistakes happen, I was to return the bracelet and my necklace would be shipped. Today I received the necklace and it is absolutely stunning. The only reason I did not give a rating of "very good" is because I was required to pay the return shipping on the bracelet which was $70.00. This shipping error was not my mistake and I should not have been required to pay the return shipping. I did call and speak to Megan about the price of shipping FedEx, which was much higher. Her reply was to just ship USPS which I did. No offer was made to pay for shipping. The necklace is beautiful but I will not be purchasing here again.”

“Recently bought a piece off the website. Very happy with the speed of the delivery. One item that was annoying was that the day ó ordered I got an email saying order confirmed which also brought a pop up for black Friday 15% off. Bit of a slap in the face to receive promotional discount after placing order.”

“I love the Ogham necklaces and have ordered several for shipmemt to the US. My recent order which was a gift for my sister has been stuck in Stansted GB for 5 days. Not sure what the problem is but when I contacted Brian, got response that someone would determine the problem and did not hear back from them. Great jewelry but this tome the follow up was sub par.”
