“unfairly treated by Long Life Spares as they acted unprofessionally. They agreed to supply 1, light. indicator and trim but sent light and trim only. I informed them about the missing item and they promised that it will be posted. I followed this by making a few more call as the item never arrived and this time I was being thrown from post to pillar. At other times I was being told that the person I ordered from was on leave yet he had told me that he would be in. Mind you I was made to pay for this order to the tune of £55 pounds and I have not been refunded. The last time I contacted them they said that it was my fault as I made the wrong order. I had been on the phone with them and stated the items I wanted and they promised to supply. The guys who sold me the indicator last week were brilliant. Take Long life off your list of suppliers as they will destroy your business.”

“Very easy to order and quick delivery. Good prices. The only downside is that I was told the bumper would be primed and it wasn't. Great for finding parts for older cars, which can be hard to find,”

“Good service. I got several quotes for a replacement parcel shelf pretty quickly. The prices were quite varied. In the end I went to the breaker with the least costly one because it certainly wasn't a safety-critical part and I could look before I bought in any case. The shelf was removed from the vehicle for us right away when we arrived on site, although we were told that if we had given notice it would have been removed and cleaned for us too. It only took 10 minutes to clean up anyways. It would be good to be able to see photos, certainly of some parts where appearance matters rather than function.”

“Extremely helpful. The details for the part required are easy to fill in. the responses to my last enquiry were very quick and received the parts within 3 days. So I will continue to use Breaker Link's service whenever I need to find parts for my aging car as new parts are expensive and not always available. BrianB”

“Used Fordbits received 4 alloy wheels (one was buckled) Wheel replaced no issues. Waited a while for delivery due to first delivery company saying it was to heavy to deliver. Ross at Fordbits sorted it quickly once he knew about it. Would certainly use Breakerlink and Fordbits again!”

“Part arrived next day, it was a parcel shelf, there was a plastic spacer missing, I don't suppose it was noticed. Price was fine, 25% of a new part.The absence of the spacer was not sufficiently serious to reject the part in this case. Good idea to ask them to check the part carefully to ensure it's complete.”
