“would have preferred to see all my requests grouped together by breaker. eg. I wanted wing, headlight and brackets. I received individual quotes for each component even when they were from the same dealer, making it time consuming to see which dealer had all the parts and their total price.”

“BreakerLink were very good and quick in there response, but the firm what supplied my parts failed to send one of the parts. After a number of phone calls to them there answer is someone will ring you back no one has, I have now bought another part myself to finish the job, for which I had previously paid for (so paying twice for one part). the firm is New & Used Car Parts Ltd”

“Requested 2 items, 1 glove box for a citreon c4, the other a wing mirror for a ford. Still waiting for a single reply for the citreon despite re sending several times over a period of a couple of months, the ford I received a reply and phone call within 3 seconds after sending request.”

“First unit sent to me was smoking and had sparks coming from it. The replacement was sent and the carrier was supposed to collect the faulty one at the same time, but the carrier said he had no instructions to collect it. It has been on my doorstep for over a week. I accept the stated condition of sale that the supplier is not responsible for 3rd party charges, but where the first one was so obviously scrap, shouldn't they accept responsibility in this particular case??? Aren't the units tested before sending out?”
