“To be honest We phoned the company to see if we could pick up the boot carpet for the BMW to save on the postage - we arrived from Orpington to Brentwood on Saturday 21st April to be told that the carpet was at there other branch They said they would post it which they did after we paid the £150.00 - we received it on Monday but to be honest the carpet doesn't fit that great and also is so dirty but we couldn't find one anywhere else so we will keep it for now £150 was expensive considering it doesn't fit properly and how dirty it was”

“Short staffed caused me to wait ages for part and kept getting false info on arrival of part then had to mess around retrieving it from the post office but I'm sure the staff tried there best”

“the parts were delivered separately and when i phoned back to inquire, the male staff i spoke to listened very carefully and promised to check for me. he gave re-assurance that it would be delivered and a day after, i received the second batch well packaged.”

“I was contacted by the breaker who told me they had the part i required.I found that they was only a few miles away,i went to the place and only just had to wait for them to take the part off the vehicle.The part has since been fitted to my mine and seems ok.”
