“ordered a crankshaft pulley wheel via this site from a company called A1 MOTOR GROUP UNIT 4 PELHAM ST BOLTON,they sent wrong part ,they said they would replace and after numerous txts to them all i got was' it will be sent' numerous times!!. i asked for a tracking number which they would NOT supply for the simple reason they didnt have the part to send!!!! after 6 weeks i ordered the part from a reputable company it arrived within 2 days ,half the price!!!! when i demanded a refund of £65 plus a staggering £30 postage fee, they replied with, and i quote, return the part to us (at my cost ) and we will refund, i said refund first and i will send part! they said no you send part first and then we will refund?? well what would you do??? to complain to breakerlink will cost me a staggering £1 50 per minute!! they dont take emails!! would i use these people again?????????? its a joke!!”

Dear Mr Smith, Thank you for your comment. We are sorry to hear you experienced a problem with A1 Motor Group. If you contact us direct via the Contact Us page on our website, then select Complaint from the drop down box and complete the form we can look into this further for you. The £.150 per minute phone line is our request line and doesn't take complaints as all complaints have to be logged on our website where full information has to be provided. Whilst we haven't investigated this issue as of yet please be advised that refunds are not normally carried out in any circumstance before the item is returned to the supplier. Thank you BreakerLink

“The company you recommended was "Prestige All Parts" who supplied the required part. They were very good at finding and supplying me with information about the part I required and once I ordered; the item was delivered promptly within a couple of days and it fitted perfectly. I was very pleased it was delt with so efficiently. Kind Regards Graham Whitehead”

“I believe this company are doing a brilliant job at providing their customers with spare automotive parts and accessories . However with my experience i have lost out on money due to a breaker yard not refunding me money when the wrong part was sent down. I understand that breaker link cannot be responsible for the companies they have affiliated with them however this is NO excuse for the horrible service i was given by Lucy. She was very rude, unhelpful and in no way willing to provide me with assistance with me problem regardless of the fact i was polite from the offset. I wouldn't say avoid breaker link HOWEVER at all cost AVOID MWS Bolton and LUCY. I must also apologise for the one star and very slightly bringing your rating down but i want this to be read.”
