“Ordered and paid for gearbox from A&C AUTO SALVAGE (UK) LTD, took a week to be delivered despite being promised delivery in two days, then had the wrong gearbox delivered... almost a month later I still have the wrong gearbox and have had no refund despite being told gearbox will be picked up and refund had been processed. Car is still at garage I had to tow it too, whole episode has cost me a fortune. Absolute disgrace!.”

“The item was due to be delivered on 14th June, but I was informed it would be delayed until the following day. However, Breakerlink pulled all the stops out and managed to deliver on the promised day, which I thought was very good.”

“Would have given 5 stars had they told me when ordering that there was a 3% charge for using debit card, would have quite happily paid had I known this in advance but to just get a payment out of bank for more than you are expecting is wrong. Other than that the boys were great and it arrived hassle free”

“I found smithys mainline a very fair and genuine dealer,I put out an advert for a boot release lever,they answered my advert promptly,when I rang and explained what I needed , the person I spoke to said the price I had been quoted was for the full unit including the cable,I explained I just needed the steering column lever so he said he would send me that part only and reduced the price I was quoted.”

“I paid £100.00 on 2nd june 2016 for 'ECU ' KIT TO A -Z CAR CLININC LTD. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE PARTS TO DATE I HAVE CONTACTED " AFAD " AT A -Z CAR EVERY DAY SINCE 3RD JUNE HE KEEPS ON TELLING THE PARTS HAS BEEN SENT. PLEASE HELP”

“Lucy introduced me to Breakerslink in a very friendly way. I found the service swift and reliable. The ability to get a knowledgeable person to ask questions of the seller and the knowledge that my money was safe even if the part was faulty was great. My delivery came fast and the part while described as second hand was like new and way cheaper than my local suppliers. Thank you.”
