“Everything was ok with BreakerLink but the wiper motor part was suspect. The part was very corroded. I was reluctant to fit so I took it apart. There was some water in the housing. The bushens can be used for spare parts. A hell of a lot of money for 2 bushens”

“On 22nd October I spoke to Nigel at Mr. Break and placed an order for a passenger’s side rear seat and seat belt, including delivery, for £57.00. I then called back and placed a further order for a dirver’s side rear seat belt increasing the total paid to £70.00. The goods did not arrive, I called on to enquire and was told the goods would be sent on Friday 26th and should be with me by Monday. When I called next, Nigel said they had been posted on Wednesday 24th at 3.33pm and that he would send an e-mail to couriers to chase it up. Though he promised to copy me in to the e-mail, the e-mail never arrived. I called on Tuesday 30th and was informed that the goods were on their way back and I would be sent a new set with couriers arriving in 30 minutes. Yesterday, 1st November, I misread a message meant for a different delivery arriving between 3-4pm. I proceeded to give an outstanding feedback to Break Line and Mr.Break. At 4.30pm the goods had not arrived. When I contacted Mr.Break I was informed that they could not track the order because the computers were down for maintenance. I have now raised a dispute with the credit company and will cancel the order before I try re-ordering elsewhere. Breaker Link offers a highly valued and excellent service, with commendable follow up, but NEVER again deal with Mr.Break.”
