“car part purchased I was told bootlid was dark grey and in perfect condition . when it arrived the colour was silver and had a large dent. when I questioned it on the phone to supplier.I received an abusive reply and was told not to phone again and the phone was cut off .the person was named Glyn.”

“I put the request for a tyre and rim on the site in the middle of the night and by 9.15 I got a call for the part it wasn't the cheapest but it was a long shot from the dearest and the guy sounded genuine so I went with it and true to his word tyre and rim arrived the next day great service and I will definitely use it again”

“My parts did not arrive after I had brought them and it's states delivery within 2 days. I phoned them twice and they promised on both occasions they would arrive but they did not after a week. A real poor experience stay well clear is my advice.”

“I bought and paid for a tow bar through site 2 weeks ago today. The breaker is 30 miles from my home. I have still not received the tow bar. This has got to be the worst service ever. I have got goods from CHINA quicker than this. This became my tow bar from the moment I paid. I want my tow bar but no one seems to know where it is. Maybe you can find out.”
