“The part I needed was required over a bank holiday weekend. I wanted further discussion with the supplier but the site stated it was best to phone during working hours. Having said that, one supplier did contact me directly but I had already visited a scrap car merchant to find and purchase the part I wanted. Nevertheless, the service was good and I did get a couple of quotes.”

Hi Bob, Thank you for you comments. If you are talking about the message you sent via our system to a supplier on Friday 20th May at 9:46 regarding an airbag ECU, I can confirm the message was delivered and it has been marked as read by the supplier. We are unsure as to why the independent supplier did not come back to you, however we shall feed this information back to the supplier so that this issue may not arise again.

“The Breakers registered on this site is a very mixed bag. we have had some very good but also as at this moment having to take action against a particular breaker as they supplied the wrong part and refuse to issue a refund even though they have received the part back, and refuse to answer emails or take calls from us, so buyer beware.”
