“It's a great concept that obviously works well. I was let down by the first dealer who sent a faulty gearbox and although I got my money back I had had to pay twice for my local garage to fit a second-hand gearbox. The second one, from Silverlake, has been fine so far.”

“The purchase procedure was straightforward. I got exactly what I wanted. The girl I spoke to at the suppliers was very friendly. The only problem was the delay in delivery. After contacting the supplier, it appeared the courier had shipped the parcel to the wrong delivery point originally.”
