“We ordered 3 parts from Bellalure Ltd t/a Eco Car parts on 16 June 2016. They contacted us to say they had broken one of the parts and that they would refund us the £100.00. We have contacted them twice now and they have not refunded the money. So I would think very carefully before using this company in future.”

“I ordered a n/s rear draw for my Nissan x trail reg WF 08 SLZ,a part came next day but it was to big and did not fit. Checking with my local Nissan Dealer, I found out that you cannot get a n/s rear draw,as one was not fitted when new,only the o/s draw was fitted when the vehicle was new. So now I have to send the wrong draw back to the supplier at my own cost to claim my £57 00 back. I am very disappointed in the service, as I would have thought that the supplier would have known that one was not fitted from new. When I rang them I was told that the draw had been taken from a 2009 Nissan X Trail”
