“Very bad service, over a week to arrive, 5 phone calls, still have not got item. would not use again. part 2 Parcel force had only part address could not deliver, I had to phone parcel force to be told they would redeliver next day , I choose to pick up from local post office. over all it took well over a week to arrive. Sent wrong wheel for car, had to wait 5 days and then rang up to find out that they could not find one, I went straight on internet and found one cheaper. Now waiting for my refund.”

“...when you require a part be prepared for non-stop quotes for the 1st 24hrs & shop wisely, i had quotes for the same part (a used Wiper Motor) ranging from £225.00 down to £20, most of the quotes were ridiculous as a NEW wiper Motor was less to buy than 75% of the price i was offered for a "Used Part"...”
