“When the orders and goods arrive safely it's great. When an item like my last one comes damaged the wait time is not good and customer service say sorry, but nothing else. This has curbed my enthusiasm on using them again”

“Waited an age for the arrival of the Saturn V cabinet. More attention should be given to the instructions, perhaps specific to the actual purchase. Also, it should be made clearer to remove ALL protective plastic covers and not just the obvious ones. Their customer service is quick to respond and helpful.”

“Took 3weeks from ordering to delivery but very well packaged, Flat packed and looks good quality. I ordered 2 boxes. They are both for a gift so I won’t be making the boxes up myself but think my Daughter will love the display boxes.”

“Since I started using Boxxco I have been impressed with the quality of the cases and the customer service provided. I have only had to email customer support once (My Rivendell case was damaged on the front panel) to see if it was possible to get a spare panet withouth buying the whole case again. Thanks to Nicola, who informed me that it was possible, I got a new panel very quickly, meaning I didn't have to buy a while new case. I will be usisng Boxxco for all my future purchases (I have recommended them to my friends for their dispalys). Investing in a Lego set is expensive, so why wouldn't you want to protect the set and make it look great at the same time.”

“My box arrived within the time specified, very well packaged so no damage. The boxes are the exact size for the Lego build and the free built sticker makes them complete. I have already placed my next order and will be making more as we build.”

“Excellent product. Came we'll packed. Only downside is the screws. Why flat heads? Makes it fiddly. Use Philips PH heads. Flat heads went out of fashion years ago. I fitted all the joining blocks to the perspex first. Did not need anyone else to help that way.”

“I have used the bespoke version of the product to protect a scale model of my boat which I have been building from scratch over the winter months for several years past. I am most impressed with the accuracy and fine cutting of the panels...so much better than I could achieve with my hand tools. Thank you so much.”

“4 weeks to deliver, two failed delivery dates passed to then be told wrong courier picked it up. Poor customer service for an expensive flimsy case. Arrived with damaged fixings which took another 4 days to arrive before I could finish building case.”
