Good product although took quite a while to arrive and was unable to resolve an issue with product. I ordered the product 17 May beliving it would take 2 weeks to arrive, but when it didnt arrive by 27 May I called and was advised it took 2 weeks to make and then it would be shipped. When it arrived I realised that the base was not printed, it was matt, and called to ask if this could be swopped over. This was not an option, buying a new base was offered, which I queried and was told I could send the whole product back for a refund and buy a new one. I have sent the whole product back and am awaiting a refund, but am less likley to purchase a new one after spending another £27 on a courier.

Looking into this, we can see that your order was dispatched ahead of the estimated lead time of 2 weeks, so we are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the delivery time. Regarding the issue with the base, the printed base is an optional extra, which unfortunately was not chosen. We offered to have a made-to-order printed base created at a cost, or you had the option to return the whole case for a full refund. I can see that the item was returned and a full refund has been processed. As a small family-run company, unfortunately, we do not supply shipping labels. This is because if anything is faulty or incorrect we would not expect the items to be returned. However, if the item is non-faulty then the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs, I'm afraid. We do hope that your experience does not deter you from ordering with us again, we would be more than happy to assist you with reordering the correct case and base. Many thanks The Boxxco Team

Would be 5 stars but I feel that more frequent order updates would improve overall experience. I was about to send an enquiry about my order since I had heard nothing since my initial order confirmation email 2 weeks prior, but ended up getting my order the next day. I understand that it can take up to 2 weeks for delivery, but having updates within that time would reassure that it's actually being processed.

I have now bought 4 display cases, 2 of which arrived with scratches to the printed back ground, small but I know they are there. I bought cases for Artemis and Titanic at the same time and they were sent as 1 ridiculously large and unwieldy package and I was concerned I would break something in trying to open it.

To make things easier, we issued a partial refund as requested, so you wouldn't need to dismantle the display boxes. For future reference, we do ask that any damage be reported with photos before assembly, as this helps us determine whether it occurred during transit or afterwards—something that can affect how we handle returns and refunds. Display case for the large lego Hogwarts Castle is amazing especially with the back drop and would have been 5 stars however some of the panels the corners were snapped and had to improvise when building

Please with the Boxxco display case great product and good delivery and quality. Only negative is the front piece which does come in a protective cover has a very small scratch on it so slightly disappointing but I'm overall pleased.

Box was delivered quickly although when unpacking and put together I noticed some scratches on a few of the panels.

Disappointed that a combined box for C-3PO and R2-D2 was released following the purchase of the sole R2-D2 one. Discount for purchasers of the R2-D2 box perhaps? Outer packaging of the product could have been better and overal whilst a good product, they do seem very expensive. I don't have a problem with spending money on quality, but don't think I'll get completely onboard as the pricing does seem high, certainly in comparison with the products and what they basically are. It is hard to see the value.

Ordered 2x different display cases but some screws were missing while 2x panels were slightly damaged. Contacted customer service who arranged for required parts to be shipped. Initial delivery did not contain all the parts so had to contact again to get remaining panel shipped. All of these did arrive but the whole order effectively took a month to fulfil. Pleased with the display cases now that they are assembled.

Overall i would say that I'm pleased with the product, but also a little disappointed with two things for the cost, but I'll start with the positive. It took a week or so for my order to arrive and it was packaged very professionally, with no way the panels could get scratched, bent or chipped. It was easy to construct and the custom insert for my set fit perfectly. I had opted for the additional printed background, which i didn't realise was actually printed into the back plate. Unfortunately this print has three 2mm imperfections where you can see straight through in places that are obvious, not ideal for a premium product. I also would have liked the option to use the case with and without the print, which was not clear in the options. The second really small issue is how careful you need to be with the screws, don't over tighten at fear of cracking the panel, just a bit of advice. All that said it's an excellent product that has crystal clear, high grade panels that fit together perfectly, and it looks great as a display piece.

Ordered the display case for LEGO® Star Wars™ Mos Eisley Cantina (75290). Good: Pachaging was incredible, could have shipped the explosive Nitroglycerin in it safely :) Not so good: 1) Construction of the display case was too time consuming and there was (it seemed to me) the risk of breaking the edge of one of the parts when attaching the fixings. 2) In one of the packets was a small screwdriver but I did not find that until nearly the end of the build. Bad: 1) The photo of the case on the website showed it with a coloured base and background. I saw on the site that the background was an extra cost (which I paid for) but missed the fact that you also had to pay extra for the coloured base. When I queried this with support they kindly offered to sell me a 'correct' base for £40 but I decided that for about £10 I could get paint and glue and model makers sand and do (I hope) a better base myself. 2) There are a couple of imperfactions in the base, e.g. a couple of holes where the pins for placing minifigures should go. All in all, I am satisfied with what I got, although I think it was a bit expensive, but I will not buy from Boxxco again.

It’s nice enough quality seems okay screwdriver included is a nice tough. External packaging and delivery time weren’t brilliant

Was so looking forward to getting display case for large iron man Lego figure. Really happy with the laser printed back ground. Only problem was no fixings or screws included. This was quickly sorted with a phone call but then when they came there wasn’t enough. Said 10 on packing slip and only 8 box fittings. Some what disappointing
