“Overall I'm happy with my purchase, although the imperfections in the back print were a little disappointing for a case I'd been really excited about. However was dispatched quickly and the case quality matches my other cases.”

“Overall the service is good, but I would have appreciated more information on shipping details, date of shipping, who is delivering and date expected!!. I had a notification from Amazon of a delivery but didn't know what it was,until it arrived, unfortunately not good customer service!!!! Sorry BOXXCO you need to sort this. Fortunately I received my order very well packaged and look forward to building. I hope you take my feedback on board. Eventually satisfied customer 🙂”

“Quality of the goods delivered very impressive. Case were wrapped very well and secured so no damage in transit. Only frustrating thing was delivery time as lack of updated up till the last minute. However I since discovered shipment was from USA which is fine however it would be good to set long delivery time frame. However I would look to order future requirements from the company”

“Why use Amazon as a courier? Lego display cases are fantastic. The only reason I have given 4 stars is down to shocking Amazon delivery. 1 mile from my house, next to the main road.See photo below”

“Came well packaged and the instructions that are included makes putting the cases together so easy. I love how it actually comes with mini screwdrivers and numbered bags for the screws, it’s the little details which impresses me more than other competitors. The Matt black base is always a nice finish. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the Amazon delivery driver left box out in the rain and it was left outside with the box fallen over, despite me being in to accept the package. I always have trouble with Amazon drivers. Fortunately package was all ok, but I know it is out of your control. Very happy with the products thank you.”
