Came well packaged and the instructions that are included makes putting the cases together so easy. I love how it actually comes with mini screwdrivers and numbered bags for the screws, it’s the little details which impresses me more than other competitors. The Matt black base is always a nice finish. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the Amazon delivery driver left box out in the rain and it was left outside with the box fallen over, despite me being in to accept the package. I always have trouble with Amazon drivers. Fortunately package was all ok, but I know it is out of your control. Very happy with the products thank you.

I’m very pleased with the display case. The quality of materials used & the manufacturing process appears to be of a very high standard. The packaging is extremely good and would withstand almost all couriers attempts to damage the delicate contents. My only reason for not giving a 5 star review is that I was not sent notification of shipping and tracking links although I was certain that this was stated when I placed the order.

I love the products, they are great, the additional option of a backbround is a nice touch and the lego models fit well. The only downside I had with this order was communication around delivery. I ordered on 2ns Jan and recieved confirmation of the order. Looking on the website delivery takes between 3-4 weeks. After 4 weeks I hadn't had any notification of delivery or a delay. A few days later I received a notification from Amazon about my item from 'seller' so it wasn't clear this was the item for delivery. Boxxco didn't confirm they had dispatched the item.

The box that I ordered for a rather large Lego Ferrari was perfect and easily assembled. The only reason I have not given 5* is due to delivery. I was informed that my order had been dispatched with no tracking reference no idea how long delivery would take and no idea who was delivering. I then got various messages and emails from Amazon telling me that my order, no other details, would be delivered on a few different days. Please advise customers of delivery details.

Very good customer service. The bottom was scratched but I didn’t mind as it wouldn’t be showing anyway on my Lego display case .

I purchase two display cases. One for The Enterprise and the other AT-ST. The AT-ST case arrived without issue and looks brilliant. The Enterprise case arrived ok but we were then notified of a manufacturing defect with the base. Whilst I received a replacement base the process was a little troublesome as two replacements were delivered damaged. The case does now look great though. I cannot praise the customer service team enough for their help in resolving the issue. They kept me up to date and responded to questions promptly.

Quality of the case is amazing and I will buy more in the future. The only issue I found is once payment is made there is no further updates. It's just a waiting game of when it's gets dispatched. Lastly no tracking number.

The quality of the product is superb, and in my opinion, best of the various companies offering this. It's unsurprising then, that unwrapping a new set on Christmas Day, the first thing I do is jump on Boxxco and order a box for it! Just be warned though, don't rush. I end up paying in full, but had I waited a few hours, I'd have got 15% off, so don't rush and then regret it like me. It doesn't pay to be "too loyal". Also, very frustrating you can only claim reward points in £20, but can't use multiple. And if you sign up for newsletter and get 20% off, you can't use points at the same time either. Strange to limit the reward points though, which is why I have only rated 4/5 Overall, excellent quality product though, and as proven already, would buy again. Only disappointment on the product itself is no dedicate background for HP Diagon Alley, so that might have to come from a competitor.

Display case arrived very well packed but it is a Christmas present so not assembled as yet but I already have my own case and I am very happy with the quality and construction. If I can be picky it would be a better experience on receiving the product if it was in its own presentation box.

Very good products. The custom options are limitless. Many other companies offer different sizes but with Boxxco you can select the exact size you require. The lead time for custom cases is very short and all 5 items I ordered were shipped within this lead time. All this at a very reasonable price and great quality. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is because of the delivery, which Boxxco's website states next day tracked DPD however my order was split into 3 parts (which I understand due to weight and size) and not sent by DPD but Amazon delivery and was not next day. I was sent an email to say my order was shipped but no tracking number. I did get tracking numbers after I emailed Boxxco. Then several emails from Amazon delivery giving a delivery day then saying delivery delayed. I did recieve all 3 parcels on the Friday after being shipped on the Monday. Maybe not Boxxco's fault but I would have been happier if informed of the change to stated delivery in the email informing me of the shipping.

It's hard to say whether the products are worth the cost, but what I can say is that the display case I received from them was of high quality and very securely packaged to mitigate any damage during transport.
