“The bulbs I ordered were sold as 'in the green'. Thesnowdrops daffodils & English bluebells were well passed that. It was disgraceful. My neighbour and I had put the time aside from our work, to plant the bulbs in a communal space to brighten up the Close. They were kept in cool environment and planted the day after delivery. It was shocking to see what arrived. They all had long yellow growth I t was a total waste of our time & dissapointing for those we had told about our contribution to improving the look of the Close. The product bore no comparison with your advertising photos. My neighbour suggested we plant a few of them as they might come up next year. We failed in our part of project due to your breach of product description. We have no blooms as promised, just a dull area with a few bulbs in that may flower next year. This has been a very dissapointing transaction with your company.
I hope I will receive a refund but even that barely covers the waste of time and expectation zi had if your company. I would like an explanation as to why you trade like this.”

We dispatch the bulbs whilst they are actively growing throughout the 'In the Green' season. We have tried to make this clear when ordering that at different stages the bulbs may only have a few shoots, or have finished flowering and will be dying back with the nutrients going back into the bulb for the following year's flowering.
I apologise you were not satisfied with the bulbs that you have received and if you wish to contact our customer services, they will be able to help rectify this for you.
