Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. I do believe that both items should have arrived in the smaller package that has arrived. If the smaller bag does not have a green label stating the grass mixture, you should find the spreader in this outer bag. We are trying to send smaller items together to ensure that they are not split during transit.

“I ordered on the 9th March. One bag was punctured but sufficiently full. The other was significantly damaged and returned directly with carrier who delivered.
I am still waiting for a replacement ๐”

I can see that the replacement bag left our warehouse on 12th March, and it is with our courier partners for delivery. Although issues like this are rare, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. I will ensure that another parcel is sent today for delivery on Thursday.

We do apologise if this was not clear when ordering. We have added the delivery tags to each plug plant, and it also states on your confirmation email, which is received upon placing your order.
The plugs will be dispatched as soon as they are big enough to be sent, and will benefit from being planted straight into the ground and will soon turn into established plants. Please do not hesitate to contact us directly if you have any further queries.
