“I was expected seeds to be delivered on Thursday after customer services confirmed they would be. I had a company come prep the lawn for spreading on Thursday or Friday. Itβs now Saturday and Seeds were not delivered. Really disappointed with this service.”
Hi Jagdeep, thank you for your review. I can see your parcel was delivered on 28th April and was therefore delivered on our next day service as stated when you placed your order.
As your order was placed after 2pm, your order was processed on the next working day, 27th April and delivered 28th April.

Once an order leaves our warehouse, it is in the hands of our courier partners. We closely monitor their performance and are currently achieving a 98% success rate for next-day deliveries.

“I ordered various products for my lawn and all were delivered promptly and in good time. Part of that order was for a 5L hand pressure pump which on delivery had some parts missing, on notifying Boston Seeds they immediately dispatched a replacement which was delivered within two days, the service was exemplary.”
