“Bonners is a music business I always return to and am never disappointed. Fantastic service and prices, which unless for very trivial purchases, do not give you a nasty shock because of added delivery costs. The price you see is what you get. For this reason I recommend when ordering online from them to consider adding lower cost items you will need in the near future. My recent promptly delivered Kawai ES110 piano for example was delivered with a Stagg table style (not x-shaped) stand, because my existing one was being a little rickety because of a missing part. So despite the extra delivery weight I got the sturdy stand for the basic price of £55.”

“Excellent online service -- I purchased a digital piano online over the holidays and was immediately contacted by Bonners on the first working day following the holidays to say when the piano would be delivered. The piano was delivered on time. There was no charge for the delivery and the piano was very competitively priced compared to other retailers. Based on my experience, I would have no hesitation in recommending Bonners Music.”
