“I went to Bonners yesterday to buy a digital piano. I had looked on their online store and done a bit of research so I knew there was a couple of models I was interested in trying. I was approached by a member of staff quite quickly who asked if I needed help. When I said I was happy just looking on my own he said "that is fine, but we are here to help you, not pressure sell" and left me to it. When we went to the counter to purchase a piano I liked, we were told that it was ex-display, hence the cheaper price (although the price sheet never stated WHY it was cheaper). When I said that I didn't want something that had been used, the man recommended a Yamaha piano within a similar price range and showed me to it. I eventually went for the Yamaha after deciding I preferred it, and the purchase/delivery setup was pretty straightforward. Local delivery was free but they were unable to give me a specific hour time slot, which is a little inconvenient for people who work 8-6! It was overall a pleasant experience. People there always seem to know what they're on about and it was a laid-back environment to explore and check things out for myself. I went early Saturday afternoon and 4-5 members of staff didn't seem to have much to do as they were all stood there talking!”

I have checked arrangements regarding the delivery time of your piano and see that your piano will be delivered the next working day after order - and our drivers will assemble it for you free of charge too! Our piano van is in London on the day of your delivery and therefore we agreed to call you 30mins before delivery to minimise inconvenience to you. Hopefully this is the most convenient option for you and will save you waiting in unnecessarily. I am pleased that you were given the time and space by our staff to choose your piano in comfort and that we were able to give you the assistance needed when required. Enjoy your new piano!

“Telephone contact seems the best in complicated cases like purchasing the exact piece of equipment. While you can read and read, the staff here helped with those little bits that you're not quite sure about. Response to questions were quick, within a day, and fully explained. The delivery of the instrument was exactly on time. I was told between 9:00 and 10:00, and the van pulled up at 9:00. No waiting around all day. I would like to think that, when I purchase again, I will be using Bonners. The office staff seem very knowledgeably.”

“Pleased with reception in shop and overall purchase. The overall experience has been spoilt by a very long delay in getting a carry case for my keyboard to be able to take it out on the road! I appreciate this is not totally the shop's fault but caused by delays by the manufacturer.”

“Very easy to order with friendly and helpful staff. My piano had to be shipped to the UK from the far east and I was kept informed with progress at regular intervals. The delivery came when they said it would and it was installed without any fuss or bother. This is the second instrument I have bought from Bonner's and I recommend them highly.”

“My Yamaha YDP162 is beautiful. I have been practising on it everyday and can even play it late into the night without disturbing the neighbours. From a non-experienced pianist I can now play every major and minor chord from A-G - it takes me a little while to work each one out, but I'm getting there!”
