Part exchange my JP80 for the Roland INTEGRA-7 Should got this many years ago!! Offered Good Price on the JP80!! that help with cash flow.

Extremely helpful and knowledgeable during the purchase process and executed delivery at astonishing speed. Everything was well packed and in place and in good condition. Just a slight criticism on a subsequent follow-up call when the keyboard expert pointed me at the internet for an ancillary Yamaha item (which I ordered) but turned out not to operate on my keyboard model. Yamaha informed me it hadn't done so for several years now. But other than that, everyone at Bonners is friendly and helpful and I would buy from them again.

I bought this package and found staff to be very helpful and polite while going through the process of looking and browsing. I later made a decision and bought the package. After just one session when I took the keyboard to a friends house for a music evening one of the feet came off the stagg bag supplied with the package despite really careful handling. I am aware that it is only a foot and quite trivial but nevertheless £1800 was a lot of money spent so I contacted the shop and explained this. I was told that it is usually the first thing that comes off these bags ! After a discussion I decided to upgrade to a more expensive carry case and the person kindly deducted the cost of the original bag off the upgraded product which has so far been fine. Overall I would shop here again and I am very happy with all the items bought. Customer service is key and too often you find a great customer service providing there are no problems and your money is being taken,but sometimes when there is an issue it is when you really find out what a company is really like and the back up service. I run my own business and know how difficult customers can be too ! Well done. May be worth a call to stagg and find out why the feet come off especially if it happens often. its not a big issue but doesn't look great when someone has spent a lot of money. Many thanks and will certainly shop here again.

I was able to try and buy my Kawai MP7SE and I was provided some really great advice from Tony, Amanda and Tom who helped me make the decision. I am on a 0% finance agreement which has made paying for it extremely easy. The only problem I have had is the keyboard stand doesn't dettach from the keyboard very easily from one of the holders. I thought the problem would go away so haven't informed Bonners about it yet.

Was'nt happy with my initial purchase a Yamaha guitar. They were happy to change it and I bought a Martin which after bringing it back to get set up, is fine.

Hello Tony, I would love to tell you that I like the keyboard and I have found the transition from AR100 very easy. Unfortunately In spite of all the Organs and Keyboards that I have owned- I have to say that I'm more and more confused each time that sit to play. I did write a similar note a few days ago but I think it got lost... I know the Genos is not a Tyros (and bares little relation to any of the old ones) but I have to say that I am getting very little pleasure when I play. I wonder if others have had the same problem and if you can suggest anything to help. Best Regards from Ron Wain 01825 872721

There is an amazing choice of all types of piano here. I went in to the store specially to look at a Yamaha digital piano but took the advice of the salesman to consider a Kawai model which had only recently arrived. From the point of view of the more recent technology in this product and the superior sound over the Yamaha, I purchased it there and then. It could have been delivered the next day but we were not available so took delivery a couple of days later. The only thing that I think the shop could have pointed out was that the delivery men were not supposed to bring the packages inside the house! After some arm twisting they did bring them just inside the front door. I am very pleased with my piano and enjoying my lessons on it.

Our experience at the Reigate centre was very positive. Each of the digital pianos that we were considering was in stock, the environment was peaceful and we able to try out the different models without feeling under undue pressure. Once ordered, the Kawai cs 11 came in and was delivered within an acceptable period of time. All the staff that we dealt with were very helpful, friendly and courteous. So far, we've been very pleased with the instrument and are particularly impress by how easy and satisfying it is to play. Our only disappointments were the modest £250 that was allowed when we part-exchanged our acoustic piano, particularly considering its condition, and the fact that within a week of taking delivery, you were selling the Kawai for £100 less than we paid. In other respects we are very satisfied customers. I would also like to comment the excellent YouTube clips that you have placed online. They were very helpful to us during the decision making process.

Great experience, I received my delivery really quickly. The piano is digital but it has nice singing sound and allows you to play with dynamics. Great if you live in rented appartment and might need to move the instrument often. It's portable and very easy to carry!
