“Quality of instrument great and the guys delivering it did a great job and unpacking the piano and getting it all set up. Excellent price too! Only improvement could be delivery times for those outside of London ... the wait was 3 weeks even though it was in stock!”

“I must admit to a previous bad after-sales experience with this company some years back, but in view of their proximity decided to shop there again for a basic digital piano. On this occasion they were very helpful, and I ended up paying less than expected due to being able to buy a second-hand instrument which had recently come into stock, so all is forgiven!”

“Accepted an old piano as part of the deal. Managed removal and delivery of the new piano efficiently and included a stool and initial tuning. However, never explained how to extend 5 year warantee to 10 years.”

“I can honestly say that bonners made my piano buying a very delightful experience. Bonners showroom is amazing with everything from tje beginner to professional. As we were looking for a piano for my daughter who is just beginning to play some tunes on it, the salesman took the effort to show us all in my price range and let her try anything in the store. He was a musician himself so i felt he was more than qualified to give us the perfect piano. The only thing that let us down was the delivery man. He just dropped it off in doorway. For a item that weighed heavy there was one one man delivering it. Box was torn but piano remained scratch free. No fault from bonners as it was a courier company.”

“Fender Bassbreaker amp bought at a good price from Bonners online. Staff were very helpful and kept me updated. I had to return the amp when it developed a fault. It was checked by Bonners and returned to Fender for fixing then returned to me working fine. I had to pay Bonners around £40 for the courier to pick the amp up from me but this was refunded once the fault was confirmed and fixed. Would have given 5 stars if not for this.”

“Good p/x experience. Free delivery of my chosen instrument and Bonners arranged and paid for a courier to collect my p/x guitar. Much quicker and less hassle than a private sale. Bonners Music will be my first call when buying musical equipment in the future.”

“I'm extremely happy with the piano and the service that I received from you. However, I was extremely disappointed to discover that shortly after buying the piano you've reduced the price by £200. I'm not made of money and I don't make much money with my job so this was a very large purchase. The £200 reduction would've made a lot of difference to me.”
