“Ordered a keyboard and accessories using the website. The website was easy to use. The order was processed the next working day and dispatched the following day via TNT. TNT did not manage to deliver on the day promised, but instead on the subsequent working day. All the goods were received in good working order. I would order from Bonners again.”

“Great service, and communication, great price. Some issues with delivery outside of bonners control. The electric piano is just stunning, Only slight complaint is around the packaged stool that came with it, on that it doesn't quite match the finish of the piano. All in all very happy still. Friendly, expert company.”

“The only negative is that we didn't know when the clavinova was arriving - it just did (not on a TNT van as advised, but FEDEX). Other than that, the service was fine.”

“Bought a Kawai Digital Piano online, ordered a white one but a black one was delivered. Contacted Bonners and they were quick to respond and rectify. I am happy with the service, quick response and expertise and would definitely order from them again.”

“My 13 year old daughter did a search herself to find her bass guitar of choice at Bonners. Nice website, easy ordering, delivered quick and it plays great. The guitar was well packaged to protect it in transit, though there were some small marks on the gloss finish on the front of the main body so it wasn't quite pristine - maybe scuffed prior to being placed into its original box, very minor though.”

“The service from bonners ..music was good including communications sadly the delivery was 4 days late this was not bonners fault but the fault of the courier who did eventually send me an apology.”

“You get replies quickly and politely, while occasionally getting some spelling and grammatical errors. All in all though if anyone is looking for pianos or piano equipment I would recommend Bonners.”

“Bonners music were fantastic could not be happier. Pleased with the way everything was dealt with. My only gripe is that TNT the delivery company were disgraceful. They cant read, the dont have a complaints line. The refuse to accept any liable fault. 5 days after waiting in and geting arranged dates and approximate times they eventually turned up again. Bonners music fantastic TNT shocking”

I'm very sorry that you didn't receive our automated shipping information email - it was definitely sent to the email address on your account, so it's possibly in your spam? I hope this didn't cause you too much inconvenience. In response to customer feedback, we have actually now changed our courier from the one we used to ship your piano, and this new courier sends additional tracking info and email confirmation as part of their service, so this should provide a much improved delivery experience for future customers - and yourself if you choose to buy from us again!
