“Would have given five stars as the service from Bonners was excellent. That is until a lady from Bonners rang a month later asking me to pay the £1000 balance which I'd paid when collecting it !! Took a day or so for them to "find" the payment but wasn't nice to get that phone call at all. Otherwise they were superb.”

“I traded in an old Roland Td8 KV v-drums kit for a new Td25 KV kit. From the start of the discussions with Bonners Music until I took delivery of my new kit, I had very good service. I didn't initially think my old kit would be taken in partex but that wasn't a problem at all. Friendly competent staff in the main. I did have to check a couple of things around delivery, specifically in relation to the packaging of my old kit that was being collected. I had some conflicting advice. I also had to chase a copy of the final receipt. But on the whole, I was very happy. I would certainly use Bonners Music again.”

“Visited the showroom and shown a variety of different instruments, resulting in a decision being made to purchase an instrument that, on reflection, suited one partner but not the other. However, the seed had been sown and so several hours were spent listening to instrument comparisons on a variety of websites. A second visit to the showroom started with the pair of us having made different decisions about what we wanted! Thankfully, an hour with your knowledgeable salesman found a way to make us both happy (!) even though we had blown our budget (which probably made him happy!!!). End result: a pair of satisfied customers.”

“The staff were very helpful when I called up to make an enquiry about my order, the piano was good value for money and the couriers used were nice enough to take it up to my 4th floor flat for me which I would have really struggled with on my own. Unfortunately I wasn't that happy with the quality of the piano stand, the stool (wobbly) or the headphones (already broken) which came in my package but at the end of the day I didn't pay much extra for them so I can't complain too much, they'll do for now.”
