“decent price - reputable 2nd hand stage pianos - good condition - 1yr warranty could be clearer though for 2nd hand piano purchases”

“Good p/x experience. Free delivery of my chosen instrument and Bonners arranged and paid for a courier to collect my p/x guitar. Much quicker and less hassle than a private sale. Bonners Music will be my first call when buying musical equipment in the future.”

“I'm extremely happy with the piano and the service that I received from you. However, I was extremely disappointed to discover that shortly after buying the piano you've reduced the price by £200. I'm not made of money and I don't make much money with my job so this was a very large purchase. The £200 reduction would've made a lot of difference to me.”

“Would have given five stars as the service from Bonners was excellent. That is until a lady from Bonners rang a month later asking me to pay the £1000 balance which I'd paid when collecting it !! Took a day or so for them to "find" the payment but wasn't nice to get that phone call at all. Otherwise they were superb.”

“I traded in an old Roland Td8 KV v-drums kit for a new Td25 KV kit. From the start of the discussions with Bonners Music until I took delivery of my new kit, I had very good service. I didn't initially think my old kit would be taken in partex but that wasn't a problem at all. Friendly competent staff in the main. I did have to check a couple of things around delivery, specifically in relation to the packaging of my old kit that was being collected. I had some conflicting advice. I also had to chase a copy of the final receipt. But on the whole, I was very happy. I would certainly use Bonners Music again.”
