“Wanted to buy vouchers from the Eastbourne store (on Christmas Eve) so called and spoke with really helpful, polite staff who knew immediately that I actually needed to order online and print at home. Thanks so much to the knowledgeable lady on the phone who saved me a wasted trip in busy traffic (and a lot of stress)!”

“I purchased a kawai KD 120 piano from Bonners Music. Before I made the online order I rang to ask some questions about delivery dates. The gentleman I spoke to was very patient gave good advice. Once I made the purchase the delivery was made in good time and the piano itself is perfect.”
