“Bonners was extremely helpful in irganising my part exchange. They delivered and set up the new piano and disassembled and took away my other piano. The sales team made sure the delivery woukd go smoothly by asking for pictures of my stairs, and the delivery team were careful and friendly Great experience. Woukd reccomend to anybody.”

“Spoke to Jackie to place my order. She was cheerful and helpful, a real pleasure to talk to. My keyboard arrived after two days as agreed. So different from my experience with GAK (I had placed my order with them first) who lied to me repeatedly, failed to produce the keyboard and were determinedly unapologetic about their shoddy service.”

“An excellent range of digital pianos under one roof so I could try out each of the pianos I had wanted to play. It wasn’t easy to decide on one, but Bonners left me alone to try out all the pianos without pressuring me to make a decision. Also, I had part exchanged my old acoustic piano with them and Bonners carefully took this away and set up my new Roland HP 605 in my house without me having to do anything. I am very pleased with the new Roland which gives a very spatial sound such as you wouldn’t think was coming from speakers.”

“Communication with Bonners was excellent. I part exchanged a Motif xf8 for a Tyros 5 which is a really lovely machine. The exchange was very easily made, even though I did not keep the original box for my item .The company did everything to make it easy, they arranged a box to be delivered a few days before so that I could pack my item very securely.and within the week I had my new machine exchanged at the same time. That is in my opinion real trust on behalf of Bonners.The Tyros 5 was practically as new.I love it.”

“After doing a lot of online research and spending a good 3 hours trying guitars in Bonners (they were very accommodating) I pulled the trigger on this 2016 Explorer T, partly influenced by seeing Dinosaur Pile-up and being familiar with Hetfield, Smith, It was set up very well by Bonners before I picked it up, nice low action and set up with 9-42s. The slight slipping of the G tuner was also cured for me. This is a great guitar. Very easy to play, nice width and radius to the fingerboard, well balanced and excellent tuning stability. The 500T /496R pick ups are great, high output giving a tight sound through my AC30HW and a usable clean sound in the middle position. The bridge pickup is great for lead, lots of sustain, and nice and bitey with some crunch. The neck pickup is bluesy and note clarity excellent if you are careful with the gain level. Sweep picking through to Hendrix this guitar can do it. I've got a Gibson SG Standard 2013 (based on the 61RI) and MIM Fender Jaguar but the Explorer is now my go-to guitar for gigs, it is reliable and can do anything from metal, classic rock, 60s, to indie rock. The cherry finish is great, you can see the woodgrain and any joins on the body are pretty much invisible. The price was also the cheapest I could find, including online. Great service, yes I would recommend Bonners, and I would recommend this guitar too.”
