“Bonners were exceptionally helpful in helping us choose the right piano for us. From their online videos, to Tony in the showroom, to Amanda in the back office, all the way to the delivery team. We chose a piano (the Kawaii CS11) that has turned out to be perfect for us. We also got lucky with delivery dates too, and managed to have the piano delivered and installed in less than 24 hours from placing the order. Phenomenal service, have already recommended them to friends. Also doesn't hinder them that they have literally the best prices on basically all Kawai and many Yamaha digital pianos in the country.”

“Very easy to business with and nice people at every stage. Arranged a trade in that was painless, digital piano was out of stock but came in quickly and I was kept informed. Picked up in person from Reigate showroom. Very minor issue fixed post-sale with no fuss or quibbling.. Very pleased I chose Bonners as my dealer, would do so again.”

“Very good experience. I wish I could borrow a member of the helpful staff to make a home visit to explain some of the many things that the digital piano is capable of doing. I have no clue as to all the plug holes beneath the keyboard, etc. Maybe it's my age. In summary a great digital piano with helpful staff.”

“My initial contact with Bonners Music was from a video review I found on the internet while shopping for a digital piano. I decided to visit both their stores and I found the staff to be friendly and knowledgeable, and not merely salespeople. With Tony's help, I was finally able to make the hard choice between two amazing pianos! When the instrument was delivered on the appointed date, I found the installation team were very friendly and professional, and installed my piano quickly, leaving no mess or damage. Oh, did I mention that delivery and installation was free?! :-) Overall, I have to say that it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Bonners.”

“Part exchanged a Kurzweil keyboard for a MODX7. Negotiated a reasonable P/x price, and very happy with service. Collected the MODX from Reigate. Very helpful staff, lots of parking. Have used Bonners several times before. Always professional, and a breath of fresh air, compared with so many of their competitors out there, and I do speak from experience.”

“1. They had an extensive and varied in-store stock of the sort of instrument we wanted (in this case, a digital piano). 2. The staff member was quick to appreciate exactly what we were looking for, knew his stock well, and gave clear and relevant information about several instruments that met our specifications. 3. There was time to hear and play several pianos, to narrow down our choice to the one we preferred. 4. There was no sales pressure to be quicker, to spend more than our intended budget, or to buy additional items (i.e., no 'upselling'). 5. The whole visit to the Eastbourne shop was relaxed, good-humoured and 'unstuffy', but focussed and business-like. And they had their own parking spaces.”
