“My purchase from Bonners was in part nostalgic my late Father and I used to visit your shop to brows keyboards. When I decided to upgrade my first port of call was Bonners. My purchase could not have been better the service I was given was first class and the Genos well all I can say is wow!!. I have been back to get case and stool for the music room as I am spending more and more time playing. Best wishes to all of you”

“This is my first time of purchasing from Bonners,and what an absolutely first class service(Thanks to Jackie,Hope this is how you spell your name:)) Given that I had phoned 10mins before closing time just to enquire about the item,I had asked them about purchasing the item on Finance,and thought they may have said we haven't got time to do it 10 mins before closing time,but Jackie was very helpful and the whole process was done and dusted within 15 mins infact they phoned me back to sort this out even after shop closing hours,(Most retailers can't be bothered to phone you back in Shop hours!)The Item was secondhand,but,You would say it was new totally mint not a mark on it and even came with a Full flight case,really pleased with the Item was New condition at a bargain price, remarkable Customer Service,I would certainly use them again and Highly recommend Bonners.Fantastic.”

“Ordered my Yamaha Genos from Bonners without knowing much about them, except that they had good reviews. I can't express how amazing they were. Very helpful staff who got me sorted over the phone quickly (as I live too far away). I highly recommend Bonners and I will be using them again soon.”
