“A lovely piano. Really great sound. Fairly easy to out together. It took over a week to arrive but that was because of a bank holiday.”

“Well initially I was a bit annoyed that when I rang the store I was told that the piano I wanted was in stock. But then when I drove over to collect my piano, there were none in stock which I didn't find out until I had already paid for it. So I had to drive over the following week to collect it.”

“I was looking for something to replace a very old digital piano. I did quite a bit of research on-line before hand so I had a rough idea of the sort of thing I was looking for. Being able to actually play the instrument in store is great, and I like the fact the staff at Bonners will let you just get on with it, but are always around to assist. There was no 'pressure' selling or steering towards a particular brand or model and their knowledge was very good. This is the place to go to buy your next musical instrument. Thanks.”

“Always good service received in the shop. Only issue has been when phoning to ask to hear the TR8 before buying. Huge reluctance at first but after much referring whilst holding on the line, they agreed to do so. I did mention I had purchased numerous times in last 6 months. Bonners website does promote being able to hear Roland's Aira range on request. Otherwise, v satisfied.”

“I didn't keep the guitar in the end but the service from George and Mike at Bonners was first class. There was a slight delay in the processing of my refund, which meant that I had to chase it up, but George was quick to rectify the situation. Very professional throughout.”

“A knowledgeable team gave some good advice on a good starter set as a present to someone with no knowledge of what the were looking for. The set purchased is ideal for my teenage son to get to grips with the art of guitar playing.”

“The arrangement of taking the old and 0% financing for the new equipment is excellent. The only problem is this: The price depreciates to quickly!!! A Korg Pa3x-Le that I bought a year ago for £2000.00 went down on price by 50% in just 1 Year. the other problem is the box to return it, no one saves that thus making a nightmare to return the old product.”
