Very Helpful member of staff who helped us to find exactly what we needed quickly and efficiently - would definately go back to the store, my daughter was extremely happy with her keyboard.

THE DELIVERY WAS PROMPT AND THE ITEM AS DESCRIBED. THE POWER CABLE WAS FORGOTTEN IN THE MAIN PACKAGE BUT THEY WERE VERY APOLOGETIC AND SENT IT WITHIN A FEW DAYS AFTER ADVISING US THAT A CABLE FROM A KETTLE WOULD SUFFICE IN THE MEANTIME. THE ONLY THING THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN BETTER IS A LITTLE MORE PACKAGING SURROUNDING THE ITEM AS THE DELIVERY SERVICE HAD RIPPED THE BOX, WE THINK IN ORDER TO CARRY IT. I WOULD DEFINITELY BUY FROM THEM AGAIN.

Service was good, delivery was quick and good. Supplied free headphones were a very cheap model which surprised me considering the cost of the instrument and the models being included by other suppliers.

Great experience. Young member of staff very helpful. The only complaint is the metal grips that hold up the guitars. I was helping my Dad choose a guitar. Every time we lifted a guitar off the grips they would sometimes either come off with the guitar or bounce back and hit the wall? One time when this happened an older member of staff told us off for not being careful. I imagine this happens a lot and with people constantly taking guitar off the wall surely it would make sense to have safer and sturdier guitar holders! Other than that awesome shop!

I am delighted with my Roland Piano. The staff in the shop were helpful. The delivery, I felt was a little rushed. Some wrappings were still left on pedals and there were a few minor questions that I had which were not answered but overall the experience was good.

I bought a Nord 5d SW 73 and a Roland (flagship) amp. The amp, perfect. The Nord, lovely keyboard but had marks on the corner. My friends noticed it even though I had kept it in a hard case! Also the instrument panel where it is in close proximity to the keys was bent so it was touching a few keys, it played ok but when the key was released it would make a clunk. I was careful and rectified that fault though. By the time I found these faults you never would of believed me, plus I had done a lot of programming by then!

Bonners were excellent throughout. The product is good. The only let down to the whole transaction was the courier service used. They didn't make the agreed date for delivery, neither did they take away the part exchange piano, this caused a further dialogue with Bonners and two extra days of me being stuck at home!

Communication with Bonners was excellent. The delivery was longer than expected. This was partly due to matching available day for both parties and also due to Bonners waiting for a delivery from Yamaha even though the website advised the item was in stock. One thing which could cause inconvenience for both Bonners and the customer. The delivery guys who were really nice, forgot to connect the lower speakers. It was only after a couple of days of suspecting the piano did not sound as good as I expected it should did I investigate to find the speaker connection was still looped around the cable tie. We also arranged payment by 0% interest which was arranged on line within 24 hours. I would certainly purchase from them again.

I'm still getting used to owning this piano. Enjoying the lightness of weight compared to my ex Roland RD 700. The piano samples are very good but one disappointing feature is the lack of good pad sounds. The pad sounds built in are very 'stringy' sounding so I will be looking to input some other pad sounds asap. Over all I'm very glad about swapping over to Nord from the RD700.

I ordered my Yamaha keyboard stand on line from Bonners, the online order showing that it was available and in stock. My credit card payment was immediately authorised so I Mistakenly thought that the order would soon arrive. Four days elapsed and still no keyboard stand. I then phoned Bonners only to be told that the item was out of stock and that they were waiting for another delivery. I did fairly soon after this receive my order. Although I think that Bonner's are a good fair reliable Company, I have made a couple of other Purchases from them in the past, one of which required several phone calls and emails to sort out. I think that Bonner's ought to pay better attention to their stock levels indicated on line.

To make things clearer for customers, we have recently changed the way product availability is shown on our website - items now say that they are either "In Stock" or "Available to Order". It is now very unusual for something to be showing as "In Stock" when it isn't, so I can only apologise if that happened in this instance. There was a small problem with me having to find packing to return my roland 150, but soon sorted, and all ok. everything on time.
