“Everyone I dealt with from start to finish have been hugely helpful. It's been excellent from the initial call through to delivery. I am certain that after sales support will be just as good should I ever need it. A special thank you must also go to Emma, immensely knowledgable, expert guidance and very patient as I made my mind up choosing the best piano for my family. “We came in to your Eastbourne store to research pianos and ended up choosing a second hand Yamaha CVP. On arrival, we suspected our kids would quickly get bored but not so, the friendly attitude of staff made us and kids feel very welcome. We were given a great deal of time and attention by Greg, thank you. He helped us choose the right instrument for our needs, seemingly not driven by sales targets, but by customer satisfaction. The Clavinova arrived this morning, delivered by two courteous guys, and set up where we wanted it. So far so good... We received a little gift with our purchase, which is very much appreciated. Was this intentional? If not, it's a lovely mistake! Well done to all the team at Bonners.”

“It has always been a dream of mine to own a Grand Piano and having decided to take the plunge I could not have wished for a better service. From the start Bonners were professional, courteous and honest. Bonners excelled with their customer service and I never felt under any obligation or pressure; they even went above and beyond to help me to reach my final piano decision.
