“Having sold my old upright piano, due to arthritis of the fingers, I was looking for a digital piano with a light touch. At BONNERS I was able to try a number of different models, with a great deal of help from a member of staff who was into keyboards. At other shops the staff had all been guitarists and had difficulty showing me the digi piano features!But not here. I had the exclusive help and advice of one member of staff for three quarters of an hour! After this I was able to continue to compare my short list of instruments unaided, playing first one then another. Must have spent two hours there! I went home rather excited, with a Yamaha DGX650 in the back of the car, ( plus one or two other bits and pieces). I would thoroughly recommend buying from these folk-they have the largest range of pianos and keyboards I've seen anywhere and no distracting background music. Peace, and all the time and attention you need to make that all important instrument choice!”

“The MP117 pedal board was not a normal stock item which meant up to 7 days to be delivered to store, however it arrived in store the following day (Friday) and delivered on the Tuesday which was a big and welcome surprise. The item was as described (Some dealers use artistic licence for descriptions) and did exactly what it said on the tin. I would therefore have no hesitation in recommending Bonners and will definitely be using them again in the future.”

“Excellent dealer; kept us informed all the way through. Old piano taken away no problem. Piano stool and headphones included in the deal with the Roland digital piano which was also the best price I found anywhere. Actually in stock unlike some dealers who claim in stock but is not! Have used them before and would again.”

“Great service - staff very helpful. Price competitive. Unfortunately (& I don't blame Bonners but Gibson USA) the guitar does not appear to be properly earthed and the top e-string catches on the frets. But a great-sounding guitar with plenty of meatiness to it's tone.”

“I've asked Bonners for advice a number of times now and they're always really helpful and knowledgeable. I bought this from them about 2 months ago, and it's been sturdy and protective for my keyboard (Kawai MP7 - it's a really snug fit). Very happy with the bag and with the online store.”

“I was pleased to discover Bonners when looking for a piano stool and made the journey to the store initially to see what I would be buying. The member of staff I spoke to about different woods and fabrics could not have been more helpful. I later ordered online and am very pleased with my stool. I would definitely recommend Bonners to fellow musicians and wish we had a store here in Kent!”
