“All good, it was a delivery”

“Ok deal for what I purchased….the still is of very poor quality and was broken when it arrived, also plastic clip on stand but still useable. I would say the stand was definitely damaged in transit but the stool was definitely broken when packaged. But I’m ok with the purchase and the communication was good for shipping.”

“Excellent service and very pleasant, helpful staff. They do need to source a different delivery group though other than DX. They didn't care what day they were going to appear and lost track of the piano. That must take some doing! It shouldn't reflect on Bonners who were the only company that had the model and finish in the UK it seemed but it took the edge off getting my first ever new piano.”

“Excellent experience, support and almost excellent delivery. Two days late without explanation until asked for. I understand this was a fault of the carrier. I would be pleased to recommend Bombers Music.”

“After trying a few times to get through on the phone to the guitar department I eventually got hold of someone and from that moment the order of my Fender amp went through with lightning efficiency and the amp arrived 3 days later. Absolutely delighted with the amp (so far) but it's early days and deserves a separate review. As for Bonners, I would happily use them again.”

“Ordering was great and on time. Nott long recieved the piano roland fp90x, brought based on reviews and trying one in a london store, so far feels and sounds great. Very pleased, hopefully will ccntinue to do so.”

“Delivery was on schedule, and delivery team were very helpful, and friendly. Communication, and after sales service very good indeed. Piano stool with slight fault was replaced with no quibbling. Would definitely recommend Bonners, and shop with them again.”

“I purchased a Nautilus 88 from Bonners (whom I've never used before) and I was impressed with the expedient delivery. Their web site is easy to negotiate and purchasing online is very straightforward. There prices are keen and delivery is free, although I didn't find the chap I spoke to on the telephone all that helpful or approachable, so sorry, I had to drop a star for that. Dean”

“Delivery was not despatched on time, so delayed arrival by a few days over a weekend. However, this was acknowledged and apologised for after making contact with the store. Otherwise no issues.”

“Keyboard bundle received and works well. I'm looking forward to years of learning and enjoyment. Some delay in seding the bundle out as there appeared to be some mix up at the store however not too big a deal as it was only a few days.”
