“The music holder/stand for the Hammond SK Pro stand was just what I needed but it was smaller than I thought it might be. I expected something the same dimensions as a normal orchestra stand. It's useful because if you have pedals, the unit leaves no room for a normal stand unless it's off to the side.”

“Had the package deal for piano+stand and pedal I wanted that Amazon was only selling separately. Delivery was also fast just a few days. Delivery was done by TNT who lack proper tracking, I had an issue with late delivery and had to get in contact with their customer services several times to get it sorted. 4 star as I feel for the price charged Bonners should either use a better courier service or follow up on the expensive deliveries themselves, shouldn't be the paying customers job. Otherwise a great service and good customer support from Bonners themselves. Very happy with my new FP30x”

“Received a used keyboard I ordered but came with no music stand or manual it had been forgot 🤔 had to call was then sent few days later but over all I still would use banners again this is the second keyboard iv bought over the years from them”

“I wasn't sure if my keyboard had been a shop display model or something, (I think it was the last in stock at the time of ordering), and I could see a few fingerprints on the buttons, keys and around the casing etc when I unpacked it, but other than that slight concern - the keyboard is fantastic, the delivery was super fast, and I'm enjoying my purchase overall. Thanks again.”

“Really prompt delivery, called me right away to confirm and arrange a date. My only issue is that they charge extra for certain deliveries - I got free delivery which was door stop drop. They charge for delivery if it's to a room and charge for delivery to a room and building etc. The last is fair enough but I think for a piano, delivering it to the room shouldn't be extra. Luckily FedEx did help me with it up my stairs to my flat and to my door/hallway. Really great quality equipment and best price I found :)”

“Excellent customer service over the phone in assisting me to choose and order my digital piano. Spoke to two different colleagues and both were friendly and provided honest personal service and were generous in their time. Absolutely couldn’t fault the service of Bonners themselves, the only reason this isn’t a 5 is due to some misunderstandings with the courier service with the delivery. But Bonners were great at explaining what had happened and reassuring me that my piano was on its way. The product itself is excellent and exactly as described.”
