“Piano arrived on time and Tony kindly helped explain how to set up the pedal bar over the phone after I called struggling to assemble it - even though it was late in the day. I love playing my new piano and cannot fault the service received from Bonners Music.”

“Staff were very helpful arranging delivery. A bit of a hiccup when the delivery men turned up and didn’t know they had to remove a baby grand but they managed to remove it and had the new piano installed very quickly. Great positive experience, nice to know good service still exists.”

“I would and do recommend Bonners Music to any one who asks were I buy my equipment, I give them the phone number and tell them to ask for Tony White although any member of the staff there provide a first class service. They gave me I believe a great deal on exchanging my Tyros 4 for a Tyros 5 and that is the reason I went back to them and exchanged my Tyros 5 for the New Genos. They did everything that was needed,they arrange delivery and collection, and the transactions were easy and trouble free. Thanks Guys 👍🏻”
